Soul Of Africa Beginnings...

Fuelled by the desire to make a difference to the high un-
employment rate and HIV/AIDS pandemic in South Africa six
years ago (2004), Lance Clark (6th generation of the Clarks
Shoe Family) and Mike and Sarah Geyde of Froggie Shoes (SA
Footwear manufacturer) joined forces believing that together
they would be able to make a difference in the lives of South
Africans by creating self-sustainable employment and in-turn
changing the lives of orphans and vulnerable children.

Commitment?

Our purpose is to create self-sustainable employment by
teaching previously unemployed women in South Africa to
hand-stitch products, therefore earning them a living as well
as teaching them valuable skills.

Our aim is to improve the lives of as many orphans and
vulnerable children as possible. Most of whom are directly
or indirectly affected by HIV/AIDS pandemic.
