THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH AN IMPORTANT PIECE IN OUR PUZZLE... Without your help in selling our shoes it would not be possible to change as many lives as we are. Together, we are Soul Of Africa. What fuels us is knowing that with your help and passion we can and are making a difference in the lives of orphans and vulnerable children affected by AIDS in South Africa, whilst tackling unemployment through the sale of our shoes. Our aim is to fight the war on unemployment in South Africa, whilst improving the lives of as many orphans and vulnerable children - most of these affected by HIV / AIDS - in South Africa as possible. What really makes us believe that we are on the right track is that with your fervent help, we have managed to raise **£811,162 ($1,306,611) toward the care of children who have lost one or both parents to AIDS, since we opened our doors in 2004. In the year June '08 to May '09 approx 56,000 pairs of Soul Of Africa Shoes have been hand-stitched and sold in South Africa, UK, Italy and USA.
